Arkansas-based Berkley, an innovative packaging and display solutions manufacturer, recently purchased Illinois-based Sisco Corporation, a corrugated sheet company.
The purchase allows Berkley to continue to grow, strengthen its product offerings and serve its customers’ needs with enhanced in-house manufacturing capabilities. The company will be able to provide top-tier packaging solutions more efficiently.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sisco Corporation onto the Berkley team,” Berkley co-founder Eric Berkley said. “Their dedication to quality and community mirrors our own values, making this a natural and exciting fit. We look forward to leveraging their expertise and equipment to better serve our customers and continue our history of growth.”
Founded 50 years ago, Sisco Corp. also is known as Sisco Box and Sisco Container. It manufactures high-quality corrugated boxes and displays.
Sisco’s manufacturing equipment and expertise will be integrated into Berkley.
Eric Berkley and his father Jeff Berkley founded Berkley in 2012. The company has a warehouse in Lowell, Ark., its headquarters and a design center in Rogers, Ark., and sales offices in Lakewood, Calif.
The company offers customers club store displays, corrugated displays, corrugated packaging, digital printing, IT retail rollouts, offshore and nearshore production, retail packaging, retail displays, and warehousing and logistics.
