MEMA, an organization representing the vehicle supplier industry, recently appointed Emily Poladian as MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers president, effective Nov. 1.
Poladian has more than 27 years of supplier industry experience. She spent her entire career at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions where she held several leadership roles. Most recently, she served as president and was tasked with spearheading strategic growth initiatives, digital transformation and partnership development. She also served as Firestone Industrial Products president.
Poladian previously serving as a MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers board member and as a Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association board member.
“Emily knows this industry because she’s lived it,” Paul McCarthy, MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers president, said. “She’s an accomplished supplier executive with deep experience and an outstanding reputation built on results, relationships and respect. Emily leads with authenticity and collaboration—qualities that make her an excellent cultural fit for MEMA and a strong advocate for our members across the aftermarket.”
McCarthy will become MEMA president and CEO in January when the current President and CEO Bill Long retires.
