The American Trucking Associations (ATA) renewed one of their Business Solutions Featured Product program highlights this week, giving the Decisiv Service Relationship Management Platform more time in the spotlight.
Decisiv is a solution tool meant to unite elements of the service supply chain. To do so, it works toward connectivity to keep data flowing between assets, service points, OEMs, and fleets; enabling contextual information sharing and collaboration at point of service; and reducing risk while increasing efficiency. It also looks to grant consistency among networks and repair processes alike.
