Penske Energy aims to support deployment of EV infrastructure

California-based ForeFront Power, a developer of commercial and industrial-scale solar energy and battery storage projects, and Pennsylvania-based Penske Transportation Solutions, a transportation, supply chain and technology solutions company, and recently launched a joint venture named Penske Energy.

The new company will help commercial fleet operators plan, design, and deploy optimized electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. It will offer EV charging and energy infrastructure advisory consulting that includes infrastructure designs, technology assessment, strategic and operational planning, and practical project implementation.

Penske Energy will design and source proven EV charging infrastructure, track EV policy and incentive opportunities, and assess vehicle and route feasibility. It will use its network of implementation partners and technology suppliers to help streamline and simplify EV initiatives for customers.
