Rehrig Pacific purchases Canadian company

Los Angeles-based Rehrig Pacific, an integrated sustainable solutions manufacturer for the supply chain and environmental waste industries, recently purchased Ontario-based QTEK Design, a material handling equipment supplier.

QTEK Design’s product portfolio, expertise, and technology will help Rehrig Pacific accelerate innovation and alleviate warehouse inefficiencies.

QTEK Design’s pallet handling equipment will be integrated into Rehrig Pacific’s portfolio. This will provide its customer base with end-to-end solution, amplify the value proposition of its offerings, and enhance its comprehensive solutions.

Prior to the acquisition, QTEK Design and Rehrig Pacific had been a long term partners. The two companies partnered to deliver DStacker, a RFID-enabled pallet dispensing solution.
