Atlanta-based Veritiv Corp., a packaging, JanSan and hygiene products, services and solutions provider, recently purchased Pennsylvania-based Ameripac, a contract packaging and fulfillment services provider, for an undisclosed amount.
The purchase allows Veritiv to augment its existing kitting and co-packing platform with expertise in complex packaging processes and gives it greater ability to rapidly respond to business seasonality and customer needs.

Founded in 1989, AmeriPac has with annual revenue of approximately $60 million. It employs nearly 600 in Pennsylvania and Texas.
