Bobst North America recently announced it will open a brand new Competence Center in Atlanta.
The center will feature the company’s latest flexible packaging and label printing technology. It will allow visitors to see technologies in wide-web and narrow-web flexo, digital, flexo and hybrid printing, and lamination.
The center will support the company’s U.S. clients by offering the ability to view, understand and test printing and converting solutions directly.
The company can use the center “to support and train customers on our equipment, showing how to maximize the technology and fulfill their needs whether that is greater efficiency, productivity, sustainability, or something else,” Emilio Corti, Bobst Region business director for the Americas, said. “We can tailor solutions to customer requirements, giving them the best possible opportunity for future success. We look forward to opening the doors to our new competence center soon.”
Converters and brand owners can visit with Bobst’s experts, physically or virtually. The visits are tailored to clients’ requirements and address services, workflow solutions, machines, and substrates.
In addition, clients can conduct trial runs and laboratory analyses without disrupting planned production schedules at their factories.
The company also will open a second Georgia competence center in Alpharetta in early 2024.
