Barcodes Group, a technology solutions provider, announced last week that it has launched a new Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) portfolio that will provide businesses with easy-to-implement automation.

The new platform will deliver rapid ROI, the company said, by catering to a wide range of applications from warehousing fulfillment to manufacturing, and will allow for improved accuracy and speed without significant added cost or infrastructure changes. The Barcodes Group Platform addresses the demand for supply chain efficiency, the company said, while keeping labor costs low. The company’s portfolio offers a 12-robot hardware fleet with quick-to-deploy integration software, fleet-management software, and end-to-end deployment services.

“Our wide-ranging AMR applications and ability to integrate with almost any WMS, Voice, and IoT is industry-leading,” said Manthan Pawar, Barcodes Group Product Manager – Robotics. “With costs as low as $2 per hour and day one savings, the adoption of modern technology like robotics is easier than ever.”

The robots can be hired on an hourly basis as part of Barcodes Group’s Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model. The robots can deliver a wide variety of services and benefits to customers, including a 12-robot AMR fleet to handle material workflows, a warehouse management system that connects to AMRs in a matter of hours, RaaS savings as soon as one day, and cloud-based software that allows for easy adoption and scalability.

“Our new robotics platform will ease the labor shortage pain our customers face today. It will bring better throughput and speed with higher scalability, so businesses can focus on their growth,” said Barcodes Group President and CEO Daniel Nettesheim.
