On Wednesday, Crown Paper Group announce that Will Lindsay would take the helm as Chief Executive Officer effective Dec. 19.
Lindsay, who most recently served as senior director for global papers strategy and product optimization at WestRock, brings extensive experience across the paper and packaging industry, Crown Paper officials said.

Crown Paper Group, including Port Townsend Paper Company and Crown Corrugated Company, operates an integrated mill and containerboard company serving the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada markets. Port Townsend Paper Corporation is a leading provider of recycled and virgin kraft containerboard, kraft pulp, and specialty products in Port Townsend, Wash., with two converting facilities – Crown Packaging and Boxmaster operating throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
The company said Lindsay would bring more than 30 years of experience to the paper and packaging industry, having held positions at Longview Fibre Paper & Packaging Inc., KapStone Paper & Packaging Inc., and WestRock.
